Viaggio in Italian translates to “journey” and this ristorante intends to take their guests on a culinary journey to the southern region of Italy while incorporating the familiarity of American dining.

Executive Chef, Victor Perdue, former Executive Chef at Carmine’s and Giannotti’s, downtown, also owner of Vic’s on Main in Crete, IL, moved to this new Italian-American casual dining restaurant with “fresh” being the key component to his concept. From al dente pastas to hand-made sausage, Perdue is delivering on his promise to bring fresh, authentic, southern-Italian cuisine to Madison Street, a few blocks from the United Center.
